Can't let my graphics-making skills go to waste, can I?

I've decided to use my old copy of Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9 again. Unless you count the occasional sigs or a bit of cropping, the program's been dormant for nearly a year.

Anyway, I was bored, so I decided to make MSN emoticons out of MapleStory's crystal ore set.
(Yeah, not much skill here, just random application of noise, but I have to build up my skills again.)

All images are transparent.

I've completely forgotten how to make them into emoticon packs, so I'm afraid you'll have to save them manually. Just:

1. Right-click and save as.
2. Open up any MSN conversation window.
3. Click on the smiley face to open up your emoticons.
4. Click on 'more' somewhere on the top right.
5. Click on 'create', also somewhere on the top right.
6. Browse to where you saved the image and click 'OK'.
7. [OPTIONAL] Create a name and shortcut for your emoticon.

Yay! and nayyyy.

I managed to put my signature into the Yahoo! signature spot. Yay!

The classic version of Yahoo! is slowly starting to become unstable. I've switched to Yahoo! Mail Beta temporarily, but I hate it as it looks like Outlook Express, and that's yukky.

Maybe it really is time to switch to GMail. Apparently GMail released a beta version of an online Powerpoint presentation application thingy. So basically, you don't have to download your Powerpoint presentations any more, you can just view them in GMail.

To make this post somewhat more interesting...click here to listen to a song made from Windows Sound Recorder. It's actually quite soothing.

Yahoo! vs GMail.

I made a new sig about a week ago (click!):

Pretty, isn't it? I like the red. (:

Anyway, I was planning to use it in my Yahoo! email signature space. However, the image won't show up, no matter what I try. Grr. D;

If anyone just so happens to read this, puh-LEAZE help me. Or maybe I should just switch to GMail.

ZORK! - a game for nerds like me.

Check out Zork here.
(Must have Java installed first, I think.)

To play, just type in whatever you want after the arrow (>).
If you're stuck, type in 'help' or 'info'.
To view your inventory, type 'I'.
To look around, type 'L'.

Even though technically you don't have to register in order to play, you have to make your own account in order to save and restore a game.
To do so, type in 'login '.

If you want to play my story, type in 'login lilthufth 12345678'. =)
